Information we process
PresalesGrid processes the account details you provide (name, work email, organization) and the RFP workbooks you upload, including requirement text, your drafted and approved responses, and the partner profile settings your team configures.
How we use it
Uploaded requirement text is used to generate draft responses, classifications, and confidence scores for your organization, and to build your organization's approved answer library. We do not sell your data or use your RFP content to market to your prospects.
Access and retention
RFP files and requirement records are scoped to your account. You can delete an RFP and its associated responses at any time; deleted records are removed from active storage.
Subprocessors
PresalesGrid relies on third-party infrastructure and AI model providers to host data and generate draft responses. These providers process content solely to deliver the service.
