Data Security
RFPs can contain sensitive prospect, solution, pricing, and implementation information. This page describes how PresalesGrid handles that information today.
Data isolation
Every RFP, requirement, response, and approved answer is associated with the account that created it. Database access rules restrict reads and writes to that account, so one partner cannot access another partner's RFPs, approved responses, or partner settings.
File storage
Uploaded .xlsx files are stored in a private storage bucket that is not publicly listable or downloadable by URL. Files are transferred over TLS and encrypted at rest by the underlying storage provider. Access is granted only to the owning account.
AI processing
Requirement text, your partner settings, and relevant approved answers from your own account are sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate the draft response, classification, and confidence score. This content is processed to return the response for your request. PresalesGrid does not train models on your RFP content, and content from one partner is never used as context for another partner's RFP.
Deletion
You can delete an RFP and its associated requirements and responses from within the application. Deleting an RFP removes its records and its stored file from active storage. Approved answers you have saved to your library can be deleted individually.
Human access
PresalesGrid is operated by a small team. Administrators with infrastructure credentials can technically access stored data when required for support, debugging, or legal obligations. We access customer content only when necessary for those purposes, and we do not review RFP content for any other reason.
Data retention
Your RFPs, responses, and approved answers remain available in your account until you delete them or request account deletion. Requests to delete an account and its associated data can be sent to hello@presalesgrid.com.
Certifications
PresalesGrid does not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar third-party certifications. We describe only the protections the product actually implements today. If your organization requires a security review, contact hello@presalesgrid.com.
