Use of the service
PresalesGrid is provided to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partners for preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for the activity of your users.
Draft responses
PresalesGrid generates first-draft responses, classifications, and confidence scores. These are decision-support outputs, not professional advice or commitments. Your organization is responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every response before it is submitted to a prospect or customer.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the workbooks, requirement text, and approved answers you upload or create. You grant PresalesGrid the limited rights needed to store and process that content to deliver the service.
Availability and changes
Features, usage limits, and pricing may change as PresalesGrid evolves. Changes will not alter the price of an RFP that has already been purchased.
